Annual Craft Show and Sale

09 November 2013 until 10 November 2013:
The Annual Sugar Plum – in Alliston, Ontario, Canada.
Year after year exhibitors return to make The Annual Sugar Plum a successful event. Lots of handmade crafts displayed by the artists. The Sugar Plum craft show is held at the 21,000 sq.ft. Nottawasaga Resort Trade Centre. You will see craft items ranging from arts, crafts, sweets and jams, wood items and Christmas novelties. Bring the family and your friends on Saturday or Sunday to stock up on gifts.

New Years Elegant Dinner Dance

30 December 2013 until 31 December 2013:
Elegant Winter Woodlands NYE Gala – in Alliston, Ontario, Canada.
Enjoy cocktail reception and gourmet buffet which includes dessert and good wine. Dance and be entertained by the Live Band New Hollywood. Nottawasaga Inn Resort facility and location is located in Alliston which is about half an hour from Barrie and an hour from Toronto. Due to a local by-law no smoking is permitted in the public areas of the property and the various hotel rooms. The Nottawasaga Resort is in a beautiful location and offers many good quality facilities and activities. The meals, especially the buffets, have very appetizing menus. The hotel is maintained to a good quality standard and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The river and golf course offers the perfect view from your bedroom window. There are also several standards of rooms to choose from.

The many varied activities offered on site makes it an ideal location for the whole family, sports tournaments, or for corporate functions at a reasonable price. The Nottawasaga Resort also holds annual events, such as Craft Shows, New Years Gala, and Dinner Golf Tournaments, which are open to everyone.

There are plenty of energetic activities that can keep any guest amused and healthy during their stay. A popular choice is the 25 metre tropical indoor pool with a 100 ft water slide and an a safe area for children. There are tennis courts and lessons offered, a couple of ice rinks, squash and racket ball, fitness centre with aerobics classes and weights. For that all important event there is a hair salon, massage and beauty treatments available.

Jogging trails and a soccer field, as well as well maintained 3 challenging golf courses entwined with the river, two driving ranges, putting green and a couple of golf shops.
